Are we getting ranked team builder or nah?

To be honest i'm not quite certain why we don't have ranked team builder already if we are going to have it. I don't understand why you don't make ppl pick a lane, then all 5 ppl meet up in lobby with Top in the portrait box or w/e lane they are going to. And just do pick/ban phase like normal. Like I don't see why this has to be difficult it's easy would take a day to put in place. Maybe some PBR testing to make sure there isn't glitches in the coding other that that GG EZ PZ lolz.

Because a) the matchmaking algorithm needs to be coded. b) the client needs to support the new style of queue across all regions. c) trolls going to other positions needs to be discouraged/minimized. d) Riot wants to encourage generalists, since the new system would heavily favor specialists.

Possible reasons off the top of my head.
