Can we get a Spectator mode update?

A UI element for keeping track of Dragon kills, mostly.

Also a way to check check camp timers similar to bringing up the scoreboard in a normal game would be nice.

EDIT: ...and maybe a minimap indicator for which team controls the crab shrines?
