Mana Regen/Level Glyph math incorrect

I was just rebuilding my rune pages and looked at the MP/5/lvl Seals and Glyphs. The Seal is +0.065/5/lvl and tops out at +1.17/5. This is correct. The Glyph though, is +0.06/5/lvl and says it caps at +1.2/5. This math doesn't work. 0.06 * 18 = 1.08
