Teambuilder tags

Teambuilder, as far as I know, is continuing to be improved and whatever. Here's an idea:

Allow the community to tag champions with things. When a tag has, say, more upvotes than downvotes, that tag is added to teambuilder. This way, you can search for "Top, dunk" for vi, darius, or whatever.

You can search for "Mid, heal" to help build your medic force. Or "Mid, ap" because you don't find anyone but ad assassins for days.
