Teambuilder Very Slow These Days

Seems like using teambuilder to get a game has significantly slowed down. Takes a long time anymore to get a full team going. People noticing this? Seems like the community is starting to give up on it.

Personally, I only play Team Builder when I'm bribed to. Things such as "Get this summoner icon!" or "Try the updated Summoners Rift Now!". There's too much inflexibility in Team Builder for my taste.
