Kinda confused at Kayle's lore in relation to Quinn's

So Kayle's lore states that her appearance inspired much of the Demacian architecture, yet Quinn's lore states that the reason why they have wings as an icon is due to the Azurite Eagles, so what gives? Is Quinn's lore wrong now?

Well. Quinn's lore is older, so...

Also, just because people in Runeterra believe something, doesn't mean it's true...

I thought Kayle was closer related to Targon,

Also why would Demacia look up to Kayle if they have such a hate boner for magic. And I thought it was established that Demacia looked the way it does because of the rare magic sponge stone that was used to make Galio and imprison Sylas so what's up with all of that?

kayle's gen is not the same as this gen.

At a guess, Demacians probably view Kayle's powers as holy/divine rather than something potentially sinister like what is remembered from the Rune Wars. It's likely they don't even consider it magic at all, but more like a transcendence bestowed from the heavens.

Oh, goodie, we're going with this again.

I just find it a bit weird that she's a well known figure throughout all of Demacia (according to her new lore) and yet somehow Demacians would forget about that detail in regards to their architecture, but thanks.

Any way we could get a definitive answer to this? I know it's kind of a silly question to ask -- such a small/inconsequential detail -- but I think it's important to establish whether a certain piece of canon is being phased out or considered outdated (especially since Quinn's my favorite character) :)

Can we assume that Durand built Galio as some kind of homage to the 'Angel Protector' or is he still inspired by the Silverwings?

Cause last I heard Galio's gargoyle-like apparence was meant to be Durand's attempt at a hybrid human and Silverwing.

When you love a champions lore only for it to be stripped of their identity. [sg-ahri-3]

For example, as Owl is a symbol of Athena, Kayle may have took Azurite Eagles.
