Reb Baron Corki: A Legacy Legendary?

Hey summoners, I got my twitch prime capsule today and I guess you already know what I got. Normally, I respect legendary skins because of their effects, change in voice lines etc. but from what I've gathered the skin Red Baron Corki has none of those and it still is a Legendary + Legacy skin??? This doesn't make any sense to me and I firmly believe that if anything Riot should rework the Red Baron Corki skin so that it fits the Legendary + LEGACY quota. I decided to bring this up now because Riot has been listening to the community and I thought this would be a good time to pitch in. Do let me know what you think about this.

They will eventually update it when he gets his VGU down the road.

Riot plans to eventually give at least a VU to all older champions. Corki is one of these. Just wait. Some day, Red Baron Corki, Annie in Wonderland, and The Magnificent Twisted Fate will all be incredible skins.
