@Riot Demacia event: who is getting a new lore/color story?

Title says it all, I would love to hear some of the insights on who is in the Demacia event and who is isn't. I'm personally hoping for Sona.

Everyone expect for Fiora and Poppy may be due for both. These 2 imo only need a new color story.

so that leaves us with the following: Sona, Garen, Lux, Xin Zhao, Jarvan IV, Quinn and Shyvana

I doubt they'll do Lucian, Kayle and Vayne though

Kayle is no longer a part of Demacia so she's out for sure. But I think Luican and Vayne would add an interesting contrast to most other demacian stories. J4, Garen and Xin Zhao are definitely a must.

Well they didn't update all the lores in the Zaun or Piltover event(or in the first shadow isles lore update),so I think it is doubtful that everyone who needs a lore update will get one.

In the case of Singed he is almost like a chem-baron himself, his lore has to be game changing and bring a whole new perspective of zaun to the table. Demacia has few such characters (Galio is the only one I can think of, maybe Xin zhao)... there is always the possibility but the chances we get everyone are at least higher than with zaun.

that's because they didn't have time to flesh out their lores (Singed and Twitch come to mind)

Thats my point,it is possible tha tthey don't have the time for the lores of all the demacia champs.

I'd say it is really hard to say who will get a new lore and who doesn't.

After all they excluded Singed in the Zaun-event,even though Singed seemed like the most logical choice for a lore update I mean: -he is one of the first Zaun-champs and is likely the one champ who represents Zaun better than anyone -he is also directly linked to Warwick who got his VGU in the update -the new Yorick quotes actually hinted at Singed searching for immortality,so it looked already like they had something planned for him

So overall its really difficult to tell who will and who won't get an update.

Though I guess that its likely for Kayle to not get one,as she might not even be part of demacia anymore and they said they'll look at her and Morganas characters when they give the 2 a VGU. They might also exclude XinZhao because he is on the list for a VGU as well(though the same goes for Mundo and he got an updated lore)

What do you think the new lores might be like though? Personally I'm hoping we get some context on whether or not Demacian's use magically enhance armor and weaponry. Totally seeing Garen wielding a magic sword.
