Lore-wise, what's the difference between Braum and Taric

Taric Braum

With the Taric rework coming, and his lore being fleshed out, I think he seems very similiar to Braum. They're both altruistic supernatural beings who protects the weak and defenseless. Don't get me wrong, their visual designs are great and distinct, but when it comes to their personal goals and behaviour, it's difficult to tell them apart. They both save people. Sure there are other good guys like Garen and Bard . But Garen's top priority is protecting Demacia and Bard saves people in his own strange bizarre way. Sorry if I wrote badly, english is not my native language.

But there might have been something I've missed. So I'm wondering what makes them different from eachother lore-wise besides appearance and geography

Braum x Taric?

My first thought is that Braum helps or saves people in need, while Taric is more about the land as a whole.

Also, lore wise, they're totally different and are what they are for different reasons

I think the biggest goal that separates Braum and Taric from each other is what they're fighting. Braum would be fighting against whatever evils come up in the Freljord, whereas Taric's greatest enemy is the Void. Besides that, they're pretty similar, I can agree.

I know their origins are different, but their goals and motivations seems very similiar

Braum is a humble sheep herder who helps and inspires people because he's genuinely nice. He also likes fighting.

Taric is a dishonored Demacian officer who sees beauty in all things, and is a staunch protector of the arts. And he's genuinely nice.

They seem similar, but there is nuance in their lore.
