Question regarding Morg and Kayle's upcoming updates
With Morgana and Kayle confirmed for a dual update, will they be receiving visual updates as well as gameplay updates. Including splash arts?

Yes, once it is their turn they will receive everything just like any other update. However it was said that Morg would be a smaller update on the Gameplay side since hers is still fairly decent.
