My Concerns About Chroma Skins @Riot

I saw on the post made by Riot SuperCakes that you will add them with IP sales sometimes in the year. I actually like the idea but i thought you could do better about how to get those chromas. I mean, he clearly stated that chromas are made to deepen your experience and feel with your skins/champs. So why not actually make them obtainable through future mastery tiers as reward? To prove that you really love that champ and you want to express it with chromas and not prove that you are actually good at spending RPs , no offence intended here, but it's just that i feel like LoL lacks of this difference between a buyer and someone who has passion for his best champs. Just to leave an example. Maybe classic skin chromas should be obtainable with mastery tier 9 (maybe?) of that champ while for skin chromas you get them by playing A LOT that champ with that skin? I felt kinda disappointed about chromas after the vanishing of zed chromas and others and come back with just few tweaks and nothing particularly different from before, after all this time of silence about chromas. I want chromas to be the distinctive mark of dedication towards your favorite champions, not a simple cheap skin to be bought.
