Wich year does league take place in?
I thought about it and some champs are super modern and some seem like theyre from fkin dinasour timeline lol so im just wondering wich year does the game take place in?

This is a stupid question because League of Legends is its own universe, you can't compare it to planet earth because there's nothing identical to it.
But even in our planet you can still find tribes using bows and spears and those who use other types of weapons

In the old lore, the year AD 2009 in Earth (Year of the release of the game), was the year 20 CLE, so, we should be in the year 28 CLE... However, since the League is not canon anymore, there is no "CLE" (Creation of League if i remember correcly).
It's not set in the past or future, it is a different universe just like Final Fantasy or WoW which have both old and new types of weapons and equipment
