I would love it if riot created a pulse fire lucian skin. The concept of him shooting light beams and bullets seems futuristic already. I'd imagine his ultimate would have particles similar to Pulsefire Ezreal's Q in barrage. What do you guys think?
project lucian is pretty futuristic... i remember seeing fanart for pulsefire eve a long time ago that i wouldnt mind showing up soon tho.
Well I'm not sure if this was made before or after the PROJECT: Lucian skin was made but I don't see a point in having two futuristic skins for a champ to make sense.
