Illaoi's Language?

This is something I've always been curious about, I love Illaoi, always have since her release. I especially love her character and everything about the Serpent Isles that Riot's released back during Illaoi's introduction, Shadows & Fortune, Burning Tides, etc.

But no matter where I look, no one ever released what Illaoi's chanting means when she grabs a spirit with E. The voice lines have what I'm assuming is a rough romanization on her wiki page, but no translation. A rioter mentioned somewhere that Illaoi's language was actually made and crafted, so what's she saying when she recalls and whatnot?

A few examples from her wiki page.

"Altak, kaye-sayu. Altak kaye-sayu. Altak kaye-sayu." "Chae-yama oka-shai." "Buhru-lalare-shi Nagakabouros-sho, Naga-sho." "Epoi-Buhru, daliet-shee."

I know Buhru is her home Island, and Nagakabouros is of course her Goddess. But can we get some translations going?
