A new world map?

So I've been wondering: Is there something like an updated world map? We got one from the old lore, but many places on it are out of place. For example: The Shadow Isles were on the north-west side, while in the new lore they're closer to the Blue Flame Islands and Bilgewater. Also the Serpentine River was a river on the mainland closer to Demacia, in the new lore it's located on the islands as well. Oh, and Demacia, Noxus and Shurima share borders (so...The Great Barrier doesn't exist anymore? Where is Mount Targon now?)
