New lore overview?

I have one simple question: Where can I find an overview of the new lore (with sources when possible). And where can I get the new information? Is there a side which could give me a short overview or do I have to watch every single promo artwork/video from every new champion to get some pieces of information for Demacia/Noxus etc.. :P Because I always have the feeling to miss out important stuff...(Noxus is riding war hounds into battle? HOW COOL IS THAT?!)

And another thing: Is there something like an updated map? Because the lore states that Demacia and Noxus share borders with Shurima..but on the old map there is the "Great Barrier" and I don't thing it would make much sense to have borders over high impassable mountains (besides...Freljord has an updated map and it doesn't fit anymore).

I find this Timeline thread to be a good starting point if you want to understand the world a bit more. Aint much and it is speculation, but the lore at least in this way is put nicely together based on all the information we got from champion backgrounds such as Lissandras, Azirs, Kalistas and Bards.

Also bare in mind that the old map of Runeterra is no more valid and we arent sure how Valoran looks like now in the new lore (dont think it changed that much, still a super continent, but the old map is not as accurate as you may hoped).
