is tahm kench a bit like bard and kindred?

So I did some digging into the lore of kindred and bard and found out that Bard is immortal and can't really die no matter what u do, he just gets returns to the cosmos and kindred is not technically alive at all but is still a conscious entity but then i had a look at Tahm kench and his teaser and a question arose. is Tahm kench like kindred and bard? now obviously kindred and bard have a USE such as making sure people get to the afterlife or whatever it is that karthus babbles on about or keeping the universe maintained but what does Tahm kench do? he just messes with people then eats them also the symbols in his teaser kind of resemble the ones that appear around bard and his abilities, i'm not saying he is a cosmic entity but is he even from the physical world/ dimension? and if not does that mean like bard he could appear on other worlds? and can he regrow limbs seeing as i assume some of his "clients" would bite back occasionally. and an even better question would be whether kindred is okay with him interfering with the e.g eating people before their time has come or helping them evade death for a bit longer just so he can make them feel even worse later on and probably eat them then.

Whatever the answer may be (plz get a rioter down here to answer this) I can assure you I will carry on spitting my adc into the enemy fountain just before we win the game.
