Eventually is so far down the pipe-line it feels like it doesn't matter, will I still care about this game in 2-3 years. At the pace we are going, we get 4 VGUs and 2 class updates a year.
Assuming all goes as planned. Galio is next, then Urgot and then Eve. All of which should be done by next fall I assume. There are still big contenders for updates by that point like Akali, Irelia, Morde, Swain, Kayle/Morg, and a bunch others. She could slip through though, her groundwork is done for them. Poppy and Trist set huge visual goals for Lulu and the concept shouldn't take very long. We know what a yordle looks like, and Lulu already has big features that divide her.
Splash arts like Pool Party Lulu and some fan art do a good job of portraying her if she didn't look like a mess:

It's so annoying cause the character seems so vibrant and full of life and their in game is just really dull, it just doesn't do her justice.

I think you mean a VU (Visual Update), because a VGU (Visual and Gameplay Update) isn't really needed.

Lulu would have to be after Teemo, Corki...most likely updated with Ziggs. Kennen I could see being his own thing.

This is the only reason I don't play Lulu. Still waiting for VU and she keeps getting skins.
I don't like how her classic skin has all of this fancy lighting and blush across her cheeks and tiny little details. But then SG Lulu just has a one color skin tone without much detail.
True her latest skin has a shittier model compared to her classic, but it at least gets rid of that old Lolipoppy face pudge. Insult to injury, her current splash art doesn't match her in-game appearance since she literally has the fastest face among all the yordles, which is bad because she's supposed to be a young yordle yet she looks like the witch from a rendition of Hansel and Gretel. Old and a little creepy.
I just don't want her to look like an overweight chipmunk.
Haven't used her classic skin since season 3, that was when I bought her first skin.

Yeah she could use a VGU. We know that she isn't among the Tier1-candidates,but hopefully she is Tier2.
