"Northern Front is very Chilly. :)"
This makes me a little excited for it, as lets be honest there is no real parity for Swain skins besides Tyrant but this warms a little
Edit: Reav3 also confirmed that Swain keep all his raw sex appeal https://www.reddit.com/r/SwainMains/comments/79bqok/reav3_will_tyrant_swain_keep_his_sexappeal/dp2107g/?context=3
WestTiger4 votesI actually saw some anon on /vg/ mention the Northern Front skin being 'drastically changed' (they claim to be a VFX artist working on the skin). They mentioned it last week, days before Reav3 mention anything about the Northern Front skin, so now I'm even more convinced that anon was telling the truth.
My prediction: His bird form is completely changed to a full Arctic owl model. With hooting noises instead of caws.
OurLestrade2 votesSwain's the only champion I have two skins on (Northern and Tyrant), so I'll be spoilt for choice with the rework. I wonder if they'll tweak Tyrant to have unique particles and animations still? They sort of did that with Warlord Shen's auto animations.
Kazekiba1 votesMaybe. They did say Tyrant Swain is something of the baseline for what they want Swain to be. I wonder what they'll do with Tyrant, then, if his base resembles it's current form.
WestTiger1 votesI feel like it'll be something really ornate, and ceremonial, just to be clearly over-the-top of his 'baseline' skin even if they're going to pull elements from Tyrant into his new base skin.
If we follow the teaser image, his base skin doesn't really have all that ornate gold and red armor accents, plus no plumed helm. So Tyrant should still stick out quite a bit.
I'm just curious at how they change his raven form actually. To me, Tyrant Swain's raven form was a true visual upgrade to his original low-poly raven form. I don't know how they could make his Tyrant raven form significantly different from a more refined base skin raven form.

Spideraxe4 votesTry to contain yourself, Swain keeping all his sex appeal is mind blowing
Blood Magicks1 votesMy love for Swain is purely platonic but very powerful regardless. It is made of pure hype.
Arakadia2 votesIsn't it expected for Northern Front to be "chilly"? Am I missing something?
Garentheon6 votesSame. I really think there’s nothing much more than just a pun
Baron Von Bangin2 votesThere was a cartoon penguin from Universal's animation department named Chilly Willy, Chilly for short.
I'm guessing he's hinting that Swain turns into a penguin when he uses his ult given the capitalized "Chilly" from his post.
Arakadia1 votesIf he turns into a god damn Penguin I will buy that skin even though I have Tyrant and the pirate one.
An Arctic Owl is cool too, but a penguin is far too good.
Thanks for the response!
