1350 skins and their recalls

I really liked the small social media video of the Halloween Viktor skin that riot recently sent out so I decided to watch a video of the new skin. It was pretty good, save for the recall, which immediately reverts him back to his idle state after channeling the spookies.

Now I wouldn't find this a problem if they did this with all the skins. However, if you watch the zed video, the recall actually has a small animation after the teleport back to the fountain, in which he kinda jumps out before reverting to his idle state. Neither the new skins for Katarina or Viktor (currently on the PBE) that are both priced at 1350 have that tiny animation for the recall that Zed has.

This also isn't their first time doing this. If you look at the eternal sword set and their recalls, only Yi has an animation in which he lands after flying on his sword, unlike the others in the set which completely lack an animation at all,

Yes, it's a really small thing, and most likely people don't notice or care about something like this ( I personally don't buy many skins, I just want a Riot response about this), but I haven't seen this topic brought up and I'm interested to hear Riot's thoughts on it.

Tl;dr why does riot add an extra animation to the recall to one skin in a set and not the others even tho theyre the same price

and why is it given to the popular champs
