This one is for you Riot Art Department

So i've been playing league for about 3 years now and have always really admired some of the splash art that the Riot team have put out. And being an artist myself i have always looked at things from an art perspective. So i was wondering what tools you guys use to bring out such amazing splash art, as in what kind of style do you use and do you draw it all on a computer or by hand then scan it in... Anyway i would really appreciate it if you could inform on how you guys do things over there. And as always keep up the great work guys :D
