Nautilus: What is his physical measurements/dimensions?

Anyone knows or do I have to contact Riot support? And are the exposed non-armored part of the legs and arms made from rubber?

EDIT: It is probably based on the JIM suit but I just want to check how the designer(s) intended it to be.
