Who is the dead guy in Kindred's Splash art?

TL;DR I have tried to search about kings in LoL wiki and some info about the blade of the ruined king and there's a quote about it "Forged in a land unwelcome to us" may be the land they killed the king, idk. Also one of West Altar Quotes is "For the King!". And I also find this on the wiki: It is confirmed in Maokai's new lore that the Shadow Isles once was a peaceful place, but when the **king **of the Shadow Isles ordered his sorcerers to crack open the barrier separating **life **and **death **everything became corrupted.

And this: The King, the former leader of the cult of Necromancy, and currently a ruler of the Shadow Isles. Very little hints are given as to what exactly is he, but a few things can be said for certain - he is an excellent strategist, politician, and commander, securing victory for his faction in the Shadow Isles conflict and carefully staging his advance to Valoran. He also is an extremely powerful Necromancer, almost omnipotent over undead beings.
