In part 3 of Sion teaser, you clearly see Swain asking LeBlanc for "The blood of Demacian prince." Time to stop fooling us, Riot. We already saw some LB/Jarvan conspiracies (check Redmercy´s "LB is Jarvan" video) but this....heh. What do you think?
Not "is," but "was," for the purposes of a deception, which has since ended. You can see from the reveal that they used Jarvan's blood for something, presumably the Kalamanda incident. The implication is that they're not currently perpetuating the deception. So it's not that LB's impersonation is ongoing. Their supply is also limited, and not replenishing, so it's obvious they don't have the real J4 in their custody, because otherwise they'd have all the blood they need.
