The first pic of Illaoi i saw wast that of a huge, strong woman. The pic i'm talking about in the title makes her look like Pikachu on steroids. Do you feel the same or do i have have warped vision?
It was just concept art. Besides I th it looked fine. There are many women who actually have that body type.

Character artists typically do rough studies such as those revealed in the insight post in order to get a feel for the character. How do they move? How do they jump? Roughly, what do their actions look like? What might THEY look like? What clothes could they wear and what might their physical features be? It looks more like an exploration of an idea as to what she could look like as opposed to being "the final result take 1".
