how close are the Darkin to Tryndamere's demonblade?

I once read some lore about his weapon in that skin which, I believe, was fan made...but I'm not sure I've ever read anything official describing the origins of trynds weapon in that skin.

how far fetched is it that we can get more demon blade skins?
