Apparently consuming Vastayan blood gives you some kind of animal superpowers, so why didn't Noxians and Ionians just make an army of half-Vastayan soldiers? They got a whole lot of Vastayan blood after all.
Or do you have to possess special spiritual qualuties so that the blood works on you?

Talos of Altmora1 votesHow much blood do you need? I mean, could either side create super-soldiers by just drinking a little bit?
I would assume it needs a hell of a lot of the stuff to be truly effective though. Maybe their side could make a small strike force, but not whole army.
