A silver fox is an attractive older man, generally, one that has gray or graying hair.

They won't keep it. In the past so many champs had it so Riot could avoid animating the lower half of their faces. Now that that's been sorted get all your raw gems and get ready to cut them on Swain's jawline.

Ugh hype? Seriously though this game has great looking guys already with tons of variety (Vlad, Kayn, Jayce, Lucian, Darius, Ezreal etc.) but what we were lacking was a true silver fox. Darius doesn’t count just because he has a single strand of grey hair and skins shouldn’t count either mmkay

Hes a mysterious, evil, grizzled old noxian war general. He's not taric trying to pick up babes.

He would be utterly silent in battles and talking to his subordinates and nobody really knew who he was. I wanted them to keep that.

I had no hopes for this rework but if thats who he is now swain as we knew is basically dead.

“Old Swain” has charisma and history with many of the people he flirted with. He talked like an experienced gentleman who despite his rather intimidating appearance offered a delightful and professional tone.

He was basically the nice royal or the CEO that remembers the names of his employees.

Exactly, so why so many people have this erroneous idea that he was this standoffish stoic guy is beyond me. Every bit of actual canon content we've ever had of Swain shows him being the equivalent of a social butterfly for a man in his position and rank.

Riot doesn't do "ugly" characters anymore. :( Making an "ugly" character requires much more creativity than making a "pretty" one.

But, judging by the upvotes, Riot knows it's what their playerbase wants. Riot is now fully aiming at a preteen audience and preteens usually like cute anime characters.
