Redesigning/Revamping

This might seem a little unnecessary, but i would love to see the free summoner icons you get from the start of the game get revamped or something, they are a stable..thing (i cant think of the proper wording atm.) while most things don't stay here for long, they just usually disappear into the vault of legacy items. Could we see this happening?
