I will be using this to try and recreate GP's famous Black Pearl Rum. With the limited knowledge on how it may taste and what was used to infuse it, a lot of trial and error will be fun. Once this one is figured out, I will try to recreate MF's Rapture Rum.

Oh this is cool. Good luck and be careful, my dude. :) Certain kinds of boozes can bit a little hairy to make; there's a reason Moonshine Sheds were out in the middle of nowhere, lol. They could blow up if the people making it messed up.

Edit: Also remember the type of wood the barrel is made out of might affect the flavor of the booze, particularly if its a fermented one.
