About old champions and their VOs.

I'm watching this video that details Kled's interactions with different champions in different ways, and even with wards, on Surr20. It's 11 minutes of just special interactions, not including his overall VO. Now that's fine for that champion (and the recent champion releases which also have had a ton of things to say), but when you realize that, an example, Morgana's overall VO is only 35 seconds (yes, you read that right), it gets a little depressing. At least for me it does, since I prefer the older champs to newer ones - both in gameplay and, more importantly, thematically.

Do you guys plan on working on some of the older champions in the VO department?

I have an idea!

How about whenever Riot brings in their VA over for a legendary skin, they should convince them to redo their default VOs. That way it'll save time as they'll just do in one sitting.

For example; they brought in the VA for Alistar, as he's doing VOs for his legendary skin, Riot convinced him to do a VO for his default while he's over there.

This is every single one of Rammus's lines:

"OK" "Yeah" "Alright" "OK" (second version) "Yeh" "Hmm" "Right"

Normally they like to wait for a full rework to do that sort of thing. The main problem here is we can only get a few of these per year, and if they don't get picked up for minor reworked (Fiora, Kassadin) it's likely going to be YEARS before they get new VO, which is insane.

There needs to be a separate narrative team that can make some new voice over for old champs. Especially the ones that have already received reworks that then have almost 0 chance of getting new VO.

You think morgana's is bad, listen to singed lol. But yeah I agree they should be at least adding more lines to other champions when they give them visual updates.

They don't.

At all.

The only time a champion CAN get their VO updates is when they get a complete visual overhaul and that's not just the type of "update" like Fiora, for example, but Sion or Ryze.

In other words, the majority of older champions isn't going to have their VOs updated, before the world will end.
