Because it is already up to date :)

Isn't it just as old as the other skins that got replaced?

It's not about how old a splash is. It's about the quality and also if it matches the new updated model or not.

The headmistress Fiora model still matches the splash and it is also already a high quality splash. We would just be making a different splash rather then a better splash.

yeah but shes ugly though : / thats litterally the only skin thats modernish, that i dislike, she looks old, but shes not supposed to be old, and not even in a good way, oh well, i still think the royal gaurd fiora should have darker hair but details, ami right?

Fingers crossed for evelynn to get decent new splashes.

You guys already went ahead and made different skins for her rather than better skins, and the new classic splash wasn't considered better, so you guys are a-ok to make a new one for Headmistress.

It just looks like an old mans rendition of what an attractive teacher looks like. A lot of the beauty choices for that skin are old, and unattractive...
