The Black Rose: Time To Make An Appearance?

So I was a bit disappointed but also a bit excited when I have heard that the Black Rose contributed and made a huge impact to the relaunch. However, it felt like it was just a cameo and it didn't really show what the Black Rose is capable of doing (It was just some plain necromancy) raising Sion from his slumber.

While the slight participation actually makes sense because the Black Rose is a very mysterious group and doesn't really just show their entire plans for Noxus, it would be nice if there could be more teasers that may lead to a Black Rose event. I particularly liked the mysterious fog where several champions had their champion pages covered in black mists (http://www.surrenderat20.net/2014/10/red-post-collection-mysterious-changes.html) LeBlanc was one of them but much to my disappointment (again) I think it had to do with Kalista's revelation.

And since LeBlanc has been in and out of the nerf and buff zone, wouldn't it make sense if you guys just completely rework LeBlanc? (It pains me to say this because as a LeBlanc main and a huge Black Rose fan, she has received nothing but hate and the rework might not be that great and would just cause LeBlanc more hatred.) And I have noticed that the lore in some of the champion pages are being simplified to dust and I don't want LeBlanc to get that treatment.

I would also like to know if there are any plans for the Black Rose?

In all of this, a LeBlanc rework might be the best way to go to show what the Black Rose is and why is it a very big deal.
