Get rid of Qiyanas recall quotes on her TD skin

Pretty simple, sounds weird when she's twirling and air kissing while "UMM SERVANTS" etc is blasting out. Maybe replace it with her singing?

Replacing it with her singing could be good. Some of her recall quotes work though. She has one something like "An exit worthy of your new empress" which works imo.

It makes sense on the arcade skin because little things come to you but it doesnt in this one

Release skins tend to get the privilege since they already have the voice actors there and ready. True Damage Senna got similar treatment, though I don't think the lines are documented yet. In her E in True Damage she says something like "our hearts beat together."

The greatest skin of all time, Candy King Ivern, has like 50% of his quotes converted into candy quotes and it is truly a beautiful thing to listen to.
