More Giant Rat Lore?

As a big fan of Twitch the Plague Rat, I've always felt that he's been shorted in the story department. With the Zaun/Piltover overhaul last year, I was disappointed by the lack of any stories involving Stinky Splinter. The only scrap of flavor this silent but deadly maniac has is his Do Not Engage story and it doesn't even involve Twitch as an active character! Even his bio says nothing more than that he exists and wants to end humanity. I don't think the Universe has room for an insane anthropomorphic rat with a crossbow in any major conflicts, but there's some great potential interactions Twitch can have with other champions. What does Warwick think of his stench? There did he come from? Was he a failed experiment of Singed or Mundo? Or maybe a random rat that ate some paranoid/angry feeling Zac goo and mutated off of that TMNT style? Are he and Zac friends? Where did he go to school? What kind of cheese does he use for his sandwiches? These are important questions that need answering.
