How would Bandle City's time distortion properties effect Zilean?

In the "updated" Bandle City Lore, it reports that non-yordles who return from this dreamlike acid dimension often have aged considerably. How would this effect Zilean, a master of time?

This leads me to think of ways other champions might be able to withstand the effects of Bandle City's concentration of magic, like Galio and Malzahar's anti-magic properties.
