What are riots current aims with visual updates, do you think they are actively working on visually updating champions that look old, such as Taric, and if so do you think that they will delay making updates for champs that have legendary skins that would also need to be updated such as Nunu Bot and Gentleman Cho'?
Overall some champs are a bit harder to update because they aren't that straightforward. Evelynn,Taric and Poppy all need one,but they are considered to be rather hard to update because their characters need more work(what is evelynn?Should they embrace the taric-jokes or not?What should be done with poppy?)
Some champs also need ability reworks,so they'll most likely try to time the updates with these reworks(this usually means that the update gets shoved behind because it needs to wait for the rework,but it could also mean that they give an update priority because the rework is already ready)
Riot tries to put smaller reworks in between the bigger ones,so that they can push out more updates.
I believe Taric is one of the people after poppy to be getting a full relaunch like Sion and Cho'gath is up there on the list as well
