I got an interesting idea, since veigar is genuinely going to be completely useless against players that have a brain or people with movement speed of any variable ( this is all my opinion and I would appreciate it if someone could prove to me otherwise as I love veigar as a champ and are pretty damn scared about that E change) (Keep in mind this is all including your current changes to his E and his q in mind) Do you think that maybe making his E, instead of stunning make it have a very, very strong slow or make it impassible terrain (on the outer edge that is) But wait, there's more! Make it if you land a Q on someone in the E or in the slow it procs a 1.6 sec stun that scales to like 1.9 or 1.85, so you have enough time to land W, also make the stun scale with level on E and make it so the stun only applies on 1 target.
