Zone reworks

Since riot hit the reset button on the lore, the two major places got reworked (at least that come to mind). Since they did Shurima and Bilgewater, I think it's easy to assume they'll do it again.

Personally I would be happy with a full on shadow isles event involving the champs that really haven't gotten love, and it was interesting before the reset imo but it could've been much more in depth. But what do you think?
