The map of Runeterra

I find it a bit difficult to estimate but is really Noxus the largest Empire in the world of League? It spans across the east of the continent, has parts of land in Ionia and territory in the Shuriman desert, where it is limited by Azir's restored empire. Ionia and Demacia are definetely smaller, not to mention the city states and the Shadow isles. Shurima is larger than Demacia and Ionia but I think it's roughly 2/3 of Noxus. And that leaves the question of Freljord. I personally Think Noxus is a bit bigger-maybe 10 percent or so, but I honestly can't tell for sure, because from the map of Runeterra Riot has given us we can see that Noxus has uneven land-a major part in the east, where the Immortal Bastion is, and some other lands in other regions. Freljord seemed bigger to me at first glance, because it's like Russia- one big chunk of land in the north. I believe this is a similar effect to the total land of the British and Mongol empires. When you show a map of the 2 states to people they say the Mongol empire is bigger, even though the British empire is in fact larger. This is because people see a very big chunk of land and a country with many seemingly small territories. So, friends, did I get it right? Is Noxus indeed the largest empire in Valoran, judging by the map Riot gave us. The other really big states are Shurima and Freljord. We are talking about land only. In terms of military it's a bit trickier, although it is known that Noxus does have one of the strongest armies, alongside Demacia, and they utilize magic and technology. But just the territory, military power is really tricky( Shurima is rebuilding and as Azir says it every grain of sand is a soldier), so that is my question. WHICH IS THE LARGEST STATE IN VALORAN?( The caps is to emphasize the question). Looking forward to answers.
