All Jinx skins are super good and pretty, idk why you want Project:Jinx when SG or Firecracker are much more fitting and interesting to her character.
It could be Vayne because yes she is a hunter, and also because you can (barely) hear the sound of her AA on the video.
Really doubt that jinx gets a project skin,it just doesn't fit her at all.

It could be Jinx, but Vayne is a hunter. Maybe she hunts down the rogue projects?
That or she's following original programming and doing what they were originally designed to do.

How exactly is it that rengar gets a totally unfitting Mecha skin in which he turns into a FUCKING CAR and right after that riot announces a Project HUNTER skinline which would fit Rengar 100 times better but he doesnt get it? Rengar is the greatest Hunter in LoL but he doesnt get a Project HUNTER skin. HUNTER RIOT, ITS CALLED HUNTER. HUUUNNNTEERRR
