I think Akali's off-putting hair should symbolize that she is working with program

I know that everybody is mad ate the hair I was too when I first saw it but the more I think about the more I think it's trying to symbolize her relations with program (she is program's spy I think, something of sorts). And u know what are the colors of program? Teal and green (don't attack me on the names of the colors pls if I'm wrong BUT u know what I mean!!)
