I'm sorry I know that this is a kinda minuscule thing to talk about but what the hell is up with that thigh?Her waist/hip whatever region is also kinda warped... And is it fixable?

More than likely, there's a bone placement issue in the leg. The thigh is "stretch-curving" to find the shin bone. Should be an easy fix, if they care to do it.

Its possible that it happens in her base skin. Does anyone know?
Feel like this isn't something you would even notice unless you are scrutinizing. In-game, it is good enough not to notice. Would be nice if they cleaned it up a bit though.
