Can we get more Concept Art / Art exploration / Artists names?

As an aspiring artist I love when concept art is released after the content is released on league. I love to check, for example, the ArtStation pages of the artists that made that awesome concept, illustration, icon, VFX, SFX etc!

But most of the times we don't get any of that out. I can't find who made that awesome piece, or who went the extra mile with that wild concept which is pretty disappointing really!

With the newly released High Noon skins I would love to know who crafted them or designed them!

So is there anyway we can get more of that out to the public or is there any reasons or downsides to this?
