Bloodmoon Jhin Design flaw

So this is minor Id I don't know if it happens all the time. (sorry if link doenst work. I never post images on boards) anywho, when this skin is in ult the Bullets for his gun do not slide up the shoulder to reload the weapon like it does in other skins. if you look it just spazzes out and the bullet fires then instantly appears back. I doubt riot will see this, but has anyone else noticed
