Sound is slower/deeper?

I'm not sure what is the cause to this, but I'll explain. So yesterday my sound was normal, high pitched sounds were high pitch, and so on with medium and low, it was normal. Have you noticed sounds become deeper when they are slower? Yeah it's a very slight change to all my sound on everything and it's actually pretty damn annoying for some reason. I run a windows 10 operating system, I use my earbuds for audio, and I don't think I need to go into further detail than that. The day after is when all this happened, I started to realize it, my sound was slower, it was deeper... lyrics were more understandable but I don't like it, the instrumental and sfx with games and videos is too different it's not right. I do remember following some forum page off google to fix my youtube videos being a blank dark screen not playing audio or video, something about disabling special sounds? The sound difference wasn't there when this happened. Any questions and I'll try to answer them, please help.
