I say remove both nipples. Lack of nipples=darker and edgier. Just look at what happened to the Batman movies after they took away his nipples. Totally not a coincidence.

In this case its clearly covered by his armor, not missing. Also hidden nipple censorship is very common especially in Anime, its a safe and good way to be able to present the body freely without causing any issues.
