[ARAM] How to Tell if Your Teammate is a Robot!
Recently, ARAM is increasingly having more and more programmed bots these last few weeks. This is becoming a huge problem for the in game player experience. If you never played on The Twisted Treeline, I can confirm to you that there is bots over there. As I've been told by a friend, the reason why this might be happening is because these game modes are being less heavily monitored but that's just a theory. I'm not sure if Riot Games is completely aware of what's going on or is working on a fix to this problem, but I'm just going to list the steps on the common traits a bot has.
● Steps to Know if Your Teammate is a Bot:
- Usually walks near the right side of the map, picking up health packs without flinching.
- Walks into the enemy team while using all of their abilities.
- Once they're done using all of their abilities, when the bots realize they're low on health, they'll attempt to walk out as nonchalant as possible.
- If they're movement is very predictable. If you can say the steps above, after they get back to lane and do almost exactly what you said they'd do, they have an increasingly high chance of being a bot.
- Often follows the recommended build path (If it builds ad when they're ad, vise versa). This one might not always be 100% of the time, but it is useful to know.
- If they absolutely DO NOT communicate in any form (chat, pings, and emotes).
- Often has a higher death than kill ratio.
*Extra- Just because they're a bot doesn't mean they can't get kills.
