Iceborn in Demacia

With Demacia's proximity to the Freljord would it be safe to assume that there is a minority feljordian population in Demacia? and from there would there be a small number of iceborn with in that population?

As a nation that doesn't seem super cool with magic or minority populations how would a iceborn in Demacia fare? How extreme is Demacian dislike of magic? What are the political tensions between Demacia and Freljord and how might they affect this hypothetical person? Would a Freljordian Iceborn in Demacia be a target for someone like Vayne?

Iceborn aren't exactly magical. Excerpt from the lore: "He was taken to the citadel, where he underwent the Trials, and was subjected to the grueling, brutal Testing. One-by-one, the other children of his original tribe dwindled, until he was the only one that remained. By then, he had all but forgotten his tribe. He had a new family. A new faith. He was Frostguard."

It seems that the Iceborn were those who survived the so called 'trials' meaning they had the strength to withstand some things for instance the cold at the bottom of the abyss. I think its that normal freljordians can't take upon the cold of True Ice, while Iceborn can withstand it.

No, Iceborn are definitely magical. A Red said as much in another thread about Trundle.

I believe it's also stated that Lissandra has been gathering descendants of the Iceborn, who would be Iceborn themselves, and building them into her forces. The above quote is likely just a process she goes through while gathering them and ensuring they are still up-to-snuff.

In such a case, I doubt we'd see any Iceborn in a city with as much magic-phobia as Demacia. Additionally, I highly doubt Lissandra would allow any Iceborn to actually leave the Freljord and move to another faction. Seems like the kind of thing assassins would be mobilized for.
