River in Shurima
Simple question, what's the huge river that runs through the continent of Shurima called? Follow up question, is the source of the river the Sun Disc or the mountain range that separates the desert from the jungle?

I believe the entire thing is the Serpentine River, which goes out through Kumungu and has a delta into the sea that leads to Bilgewater.
's clan lives around the delta, which seemingly has some Bilgewater residents and trade going on (and possibly Noxian as well, since that's where the Noxian ship from At The Edge of the World passed by).
According to Shurimans, the river is titled the Mother of Life (according to the short story Bloodline) and supposedly came from when the ancient Shurimans built the Sun Disc. This doesn't necessarily contradict what EdgeLady said, since it's just a different cultural perspective on the same river.
Since Azir's rebirth, the rivers in Shurima (at least the major ones) all originate from the "Oasis of the Dawn" or "Mother of Life" beneath the Sun Disk in the capital. The rivers do not have a single name (or I just don't know it), but according to the map two of the branches are called "Renek" and "Kahleek".
From Echoes in the Stone
When she was close enough to be covered by the shadow of the great Sun Disc, water from underground aquifers began to pour off the stone she rode like little rivers. And when she finally arrived at the gates, Taliyah heard the deafening water rushing along the bedrock. The Oasis of the Dawn, the Mother of Life, roared beneath the sands.
From Water
As the men climbed into their saddles and rode away, the strange rumbling sounded again. It was loud and growing louder. It’s not horses or shifting sands. Sivir turned to its source and watched as a three foot wall of blue water rushed down the ancient riverbed. The water from the city.
